Preliminary Breath Test Offer in Spanish

The Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) is also known as the Roadside Breath Test and Preliminary Alcohol Screening (PAS) is a test that is generally given to drivers when law enforcement officials believe the person has been driving drunk. In most states this test is voluntary to take, but some states have varying degrees of consequences for not taking the test. In addition, the test could be voluntary or involuntary depending on the driver's age.
The instructions in this video include language that tells the driver the test is voluntary and cannot be used against the person in court.
